Some of my favorite memories have always been tied to the water. I’ve been a lifelong boater, a career boat salesman, and someone who’s always loved a good meal—especially when it comes straight from the day’s catch and enjoyed with friends and family. That’s really what sparked this new idea—Tide to Table presented by Sportsman Boats.

Bryan Greenwood - Host Tide To Table

Eric Greenwood - Co-Host / Chef

I’m Bryan Greenwood, your host for the series. Alongside me is my brother, Eric Greenwood—he’s the real chef in the family. Eric graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and has spent decades cooking his way through all kinds of cuisines and has a serious talent for taking fresh ingredients and making them unforgettable. These days, he’s Head of Production at Bovine and Swine, but when we’re together on the water, it’s all about simple, fresh recipes that you can enjoy after a day of boating or fishing.

We shot this first season down on Goat Island in South Carolina, and it couldn’t have been a better backdrop. The tides, the marsh, the quiet—everything about that place slows life down and reminds you why being on the water matters. It’s the perfect setting for what this series is all about: simple recipes you can cook with family and friends after a day on your Sportsman Boat. From redfish to oyster roasts, low country boils to crab feasts, every episode ties together coastal traditions, fresh local ingredients, and a little Greenwood family storytelling. While filming, we grilled crab, shucked oysters, and even cooked up some recipes that have been in our family for years.

That’s where Sportsman Boats comes in. These boats aren’t just built for fishing—they’re designed with families in mind. Spacious layouts, smart storage, and comfort features mean you can spend all day on the water with the people who matter most, then bring home the catch and make it part of the memory. Boats that are truly designed for the days that matter. For us, it’s not just about boating, and it’s not just about cooking. It’s about combining the two into something that brings everyone together.

At its heart, Tide to Table is about more than just recipes. It’s about making the most of what the water gives you and turning it into something to share with family and friends. If you’ve ever pulled a fish into your Sportsman Boat and thought, “Now what?”—this series is for you. So fire up the skillet, grab a cold drink, and join us as we cook coastal. From Tide to Table, we’re bringing the flavor of life on the water straight to you.

So here we go. Good boats, good food, and good company. That’s Tide to Table.
