Sportsman boats are a quality boat with a lot of value for the money. Check out their website and watch their documentary series called " Behind the Glass". This Is an extremely Informative marketing approach, highlighting the manufacturing process performed In making each Sportsman boat. This gave me the confident In choosing Sportsman and I'm too glad I did!!!
My wife and I looked for a boat for about two years. We went to boat shows and looked at many brands. The workmanship and finish quality of the Sportsman made us keep coming back to the Sportsman. We have only had her since October, but had her In the water twice. We couldn’t be happier with our Sportsman. Thank you to Sportsman.
We really enjoyed our first time boat purchase experience! The salesman had amazing product knowledge and extremely helpful with any unanswered questions we could throw at him!
Coming from a much larger boat I was very hesitant about getting Into a smaller center console. I wanted something I could hop on and off with out all the hassles of spending hours cleaning the boat after a day of fishing. I am so pleasantly surprised how well this 232 handles the conditions of Cape Cod waters. I have no problem going out In a two to three foot sea with confidence. The 232 has a great beam and fantastic deep V flare. The boat Is basically maintenance free. Tie up wash down
I was looking for a new boat that fit me. Being six ft four I found many on the new boats had t-tops that would scalp me If I was constantly ducking. I found that Sportsman was willing to build a boat with a t-top and was willing to remove the cost of the top from the purchase price. Combining that with quality build materials, great motor choices and a beautiful finish I was sold on the Sportsman 232.
This Is the third new boat I have owned, but the first true fishing boat. I fish on the Chesapeake Bay and It can get rough. The trim tabs make for a smooth ride by putting the bow down so that the boat can slice through the water. The electronics make me feel safe to go anywhere, Including a trip out to Tangier Island at the spur of the moment. No problem going the 14 miles Into the Bay and coming back. I did not think I would be a fan of a hard top, but now I am. Overall a great boat.
