Meet Our Team! Bill Erickson – Bill is the founder and owner of Erickson Marine. For over 22 years, he has worked to bring together a group of experienced and trustworthy professionals to ensure his customers are happy with their boat buying experience. Prior to forming Erickson Marine, Bill worked for Wellcraft Boats for 20 years, leading their worldwide distribution network as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Wellcraft, Bill was employed by Mercury Marine and Caterpillar’s marine engine development division.
