We are thrilled to announce that Sportsman Boats has once again brought home the prestigious National Marine Manufacturer Associations’ (NMMA) Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for 2023. This marks our seventh consecutive year of being honored with this esteemed accolade, a testament to our unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service and product quality.

The NMMA's CSI Awards recognize and celebrate manufacturers within the marine industry who prioritize customer satisfaction and continuously strive for improvement in serving their clientele. Winners of this award must achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 90 percent or higher based on feedback from customers who purchased a new boat or engine during the reporting period, which spanned from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023. This year, the program surveyed over 175,000 customers, making the competition tougher than ever.
